How to Join a Meeting

Step 1. Make sure your computer is in the same network as the Novo device.
Step 2. In NovoConnect Software, you have two options to join a meeting.Select the desired Novo device from  'Nearby Devices',  'History', or  'Device Directory'.

How to un-install NovoConnect softwareCase 1. If your NovoConnect software is not installed using an installation package, download and run the 'Cleaner' software.
Case 2. If you install NovoConnect software using an installation package, please un-install the program following the standard Windows/Mac procedure.
